Continuing Education

For professionals needing continuing education credits for licensure there will be a $10 processing fee paid during registration or at the conference. For those attending via Live Webcast, you will need to purchase in advance. You can do so by making changes to your online registation form or by contacting us by phone (215-886-6090) or email: conference@selectivemutismcenter.org (subj: conference, date of conference) so that you can supply your payment information

This conference has been approved for up to 6 hours of Continuing Education credits for -

  • Speech and Language Pathologists/Audiologists:

    SMart Center is approved by the Continuing Education Board of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to provide continuing education activities in speech-language pathology & audiology.  This program is offered for up to .6 CEUs (Intermediate level, Professional area). ASHA CE Provider approval doesn't imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedures
      
      
  •  School Psychologists, Counselors, Social Workers, MFT's.    

    CBPS is approved by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners to sponsor Category I continuing education programs, National Association of Social Work, Provider ID# 886501621, the National Board of Certified Counselors to offer continuing education for National Certified Counselors, NBCC Provider # 5763, the National Association of School Psychologists, Provider #1067, and the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California to offer CEUs for MFCCs and LCSWs (Approval # PCE 1466. CBPS maintains responsibility for this training. 
     
  • Pennsylvania Educators:

    Pennsylvania educators:  Since Smart Center is ASHA providers,
    ASHA credits can be converted to ACT 48 by submitting a conversion document.
