Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made in writing up to 2 weeks prior to date of conference: To receive a refund minus $50 administration fee please send letter (Postmarked at least 14 days prior to conference) to:

Jenkintown, PA, 19046

Email cancellations will not be accepted.

$50 admin. fee will not be negotiated or cancelled due to amount of administrative processing required for registration and cancellation.

Registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations 2 weeks prior to conference date.
NO exceptions can be made.


Attendees who cancel are welcome to substitute another individual to take place for SAME conference or purchase products/materials for same monetary value.  

SMART CENTER will not reimburse attendee for ANY travel expenses for any circumstances.
